Seasonal Decluttering Before AND After Christmas!

Decluttering before AND after Christmas is so important! It seems like every year we get new things for the holidays and our storage builds up. I've decided to make a point to declutter my holiday decor every year now. When we decorate, I will set aside some things we don't plan to use, and what I'm ready to part ways with. By the end of the season when we are taking down our decorations, I will add anything else that we didn't use, that I'm ready to give up.
Seasonal decluttering! This not only applies to Christmas, but it can also apply to any season or holiday! Whenever you decorate for something and you are switching out decor, try to downsize what you can. If you don't feel like there's anything to let go of, that's ok! As long as you're making the conscious effort to regularly minimize your space, you're ahead of the game.
It's ok to hold onto the things we find important, or the things that bring us good memories. If we're not ready to part with it, we don't have to consider that clutter.

I just saw your decluttering video about your beauty products. SUGGESTION !!! Every Christmas after dinner there is a null in what to do. We play "Christmas Bingo" ..... I wrap up all of the products that I get in the beauty boxes that I will not be using and use them as prizes. Everyone brings a few things wrapped up and they go into the middle of the table and the winner gets to choose one.... from experience sometimes it takes to long for someone to pick a prize so we all start counting to 10 and they have to pick out something by 10 seconds .....
