Jony this alternator require 1500rpm to produce 220v and at 50Hz frequency, change in frequency will damage the equipment which will be used at this very system, 2nd induction load will give a load surge at starting which will disturb the voltage and frequency for that you have to add a circular load wheel along the alternator shaft, thus saved electrical energy in circular moving heavy wheel will help you cater the starting surge. enjoy
