@@BradDohackGPP Hi, no yet, we just went to visit Verdana June this year, we are selling our home in my current state then going to FL to rent while we do negotiations with Lenar, we are planning to be there by Nov-Dec this year.
Great video, hits on a few of the cons we see. Homes too close together, and built with minimal setback from the road. Last and not least, a sidewalk is a must. I'm here in Naples now, just off 41 in East Naples, and can get to the beach quickly. What Beaches would you be using living in Verdana? The amenities look amazing.

Barefoot beach is around 20-25 mins away from Verdana.
Are there any new communities that have slightly larger lots?
The first homes in the Verandah had bigger lots and long driveways. The new construction has smaller lots.
Southwest Florida has some of the best communities in the nation! Plans to keep adding more are already in the works 😁
