This is the most mind blowing property I've ever seen coming out of Africa, very lovely Hollywood movie like feel. They had the freedom and luxury to use their imagination to the fullest and it shows with every single detail, cudos to them. A lot is happening in this property, personally I think some of the designs are unnecessary. It's giving more of a hotel vibes than a 'home'
I thought I was the only seeing that, like it has many individually beautiful elements but then it's like because it's all grey or black, it seems so dark and like busy...
Yeah That's how I feel too. They went all out and That's amazing but I feel like it's too much for my liking and less homely, coz it looks like those fancy clubs.

This property reminds me of the one you showcased in Abuja. But the dark colors of this one presents elegance without being gaudy.

I hardly comment on UA-cam videos. If am to buy this property I will ask for a huge price reduction and that the owner must take all his furniture and interior designs. I will throw out most of it and redesign the house myself and also close all those see through glasses between floors cause it wasn't done nicely. Beautiful neighborhood and building but the decor spoilt it for me.

The glasses on the floor are installed there to bring in natural light to the basement area its not for fun - its a necessity. That is basic architecture. You dont want to have any room that has no access to natural lighting. That is why you saw the guest tv room had a lifted floor on top, to create a gap for access to natural lighting. It's called sustainable design. When you design an architectural piece you have to be smart about how you do it. Your home should'nt be a slave to electricity. It has to have light during the day without the use of electricity and it must have enough cross ventilation (openings that let through outside air) so that you dont have to depend on air conditioning.

I don't doubt the fact that they went all out for this interior but I don't like the set up,it doesn't feel like home. It's giving fancy hotel vibes or club. And a lot of features I find very unnecessary and expensive AF. Others will definitely love it,especially those who love dark interior setup

I typically don't like ornate interior design, but this is what I call "ornate modern", and I really like it. I've seen this style popping up here and there (I'm an architect, but not a stylist) and it's really impressive when done right. Well done.

My goodness that's a lot of fantastic awesomeness built-inside the place that 👀 looks like a mansion for persons that's interested in that can afford so; or maybe such fabulousness could be used as an awesome vacationing resort; sooo beautiful.👌↗I wouldn't be interested in buying such luxury's got waaaaaay tooooooo much fabulousness built inside and outside the mansions connections that I wouldn't use or that I wouldn't use enough to pay sooooo much money for; plus, I wouldn't want to live in Africa, maybe to visit for vacationing if I had the money to choose as to whether or not want so, however, I wouldn't want such luxury even if were in city/state of Boston Massachusetts of which I live because I think that such luxury are built and being run by some people in the communities, city and or county that refer to themselves as all the other people in the community and or government and they maybe seeking to put persons in so of which believe can make money by maybe referring to as a rich and or famous persons or for male or female that care to play the God, Goddess, Queen or King role for persons in that city state or country to have justice and or to get justice also referred to as fairness such as housing, clothing, food, health assistance, respect.
