  • Republican attorneys general have been using a legal strategy called judge shopping to thwart the Biden administration's policies. While the term may seem at odds with the impartial notion we have of our justice system, it's not rare. In fact, both parties do it, it's a relative of a broader strategy called forum shopping where plaintiffs file their cases in the court that gives them the best chances of winning. In this video, Bloomberg Law's Lydia Wheeler, and William Hubbard, a civil procedure expert, explain how this works.
