Fell in love with the Struts when I heard “who am I” in a bar. Just watched them perform that song live. That’s when you can tell if a band is good. They are amazing! PS I used to sing in a punk band in the 70’s. I’m now 59 and still rocking! Love you guys!!
Enough with the Freddie Mercury comparisons. Luke sounds like Luke...unique. As far as "coped" melodies, as a singer/musician/songwriter myself, everything we take in musically will someday come out in a tune. It doesn't mean anyone purposely ripped it off. Just my two cents :)
This a problem... I have a different opinion, you probably are those type of rock fands that think the harder the noise the better, even if the sounds distorts from all the noise

Queen fans are ok with the struts.. They're no trying to be queen but we loved the influecea that they have in this awesome band
