Nowadays there's no distinction between classic car or just Used car. A good number of these could hardly be confused as classics now or in the future.
Fact check - that's a massive over-generalization IMO. The weather in the UK, whilst not as dry as California or Florida, for example, is pretty average. In fact compared to the rest of Europe for annual rainfall there are 44 capital cities listed, and London is right down there at 35, way below the likes of Rome, Lisbon, Istanbul, Barcelona and Amsterdam. Also there is very little snow per year reducing the need to apply corrosive salt to the road, which is a major cause of corrosion. Once a car is 4 years old in UK it has to go through an annual safety check (MOT test) where the underbody is scrutinized for rust ( in Canada where I leave there is absolutely no requirement for safety testing on any car unless the cops pull you over and require that one is conducted because they are concerned.
You don't know what you are talking about! Many of the cars are kept in garages and not used in rain or snow conditions. Some are imported from South Africa.
@@jimbagley321The problem is that many cars have not been used for decades, improper kept and now when they're 40 years old and have historic vehicle status, don't need an MOT. This way many crappy & rusty cars get on the street, I believe this is what he was talking about. An honesty, MOT or not, rusty cars are still on the roads, plenty of them. Maybe those who live in London can't see them between all those shiny new & expensive cars but in the rest of the UK they are everywhere. Rusty kit-cars (chassis mostly) & older cars.
No reserve just means the car is hammered to the highest bid whatever it may be, if an internet bidder enters 5500 as his max bid on the portal then that forms the opening bid.
@@RAW555R Not quite right. If there are more than one online or phone pre bid the opening bid will be the next bid point higher than the second highest bid. e.g highest pre bid £2000, Second highest bid £1500 Opening bid could be £1600, at autioniers descretion.
@@RAW555R That's why i said he's a Plant pot you dont start bidding on a no reserve car with your highest bid you start low, ie £1000 he could have won that car for £3500 but he will never no now will he.there was only his bid on it.

@user-io2et5bv2s Did you understand my question? Automobilia is things like signs etc before the cars
Yes, because the producer thought it professional to put in some crappy music
what does FUEL mean at the end of the MOT comment.

@@PeterEaton-cs1ll Thanks that doesn't come up on my browser.
Why does that guy have to slam the doors when filming
all these cars like any car driven in the uk is full of rust due to the crappy weather. the chassis and under cars is shocking.
