Now I'm "old" and it doesn't surprise me at all that 70-year-olds listen to trance :-) trance forever.
I'm always looking for this very specific "genre" of trance, it's uplifting, but sometimes I found uplifting trance with too dramatic chords or not good vibes so I don't know how the trance from DanStone / Daniel Kandi are called but that's definately what i'm looking for

Certain frequencys feel better to different people because of the bone structure and how it vibrates to energise serotonin levels in the brain. Different sound waves. Either be electronic or vocal sound doesn't matter. Those waves translate the physical emotion of said individual. Doesn't matter what music you listen to if it feels good it's right.
