No you cant. The most you can do is sp2 as soon as he evades cuz its unblockable and youll still get the fury from him purifying the stun. Colossus has no anti evade basekit. Not with his heavy attack, not with anything

51 seconds kinda mid though. Yeah he has a lot of immunities but he's also very parry reliant which doesn't work for a lot of fights. And no, if you take 12% damage and take 51 seconds then it is not a "perfect counter". It's a respectable performance for bullseye being such a tough defender but it's far from perfect.
