Your dish is original although heavy because you add Masala twice in the preparation (to the potato and to the flour) when I boil it with the skin so that it does not absorb so much water and then it comes out easily on its own, I mix milk, garlic, cream (50 % of the weight of the potato), salt, pepper and it is a fantastic puree. There i put "2 cheeses in the same amount as the potato": mozarella and gruyere, always stirring everything together with low heat, so it is rubbery just like the ALIGOT French nuns recipe that drives anyone crazy for being a "God level" potato and if you want more then you add the boiled noodles without flour, to decorate... Your presentation is also striking but it makes me very thirsty! ^^
