It was supposed to say “For connections to the millennium line please exit through the doors on the right. For connection to the 99 B-Line and other buses please exit through the doors on the right”
I don't even live in Vancity and I had to watch that part at commercial Broadway four times to believe what I was hearing lol. Glad to see I wasn't hallucinating when hearing that 😅
I made a couple of videos of the station announcements on my phone, but not on UA-cam. Btw, welcome back! Plus, make a video going from King George to Waterfront again.
Couldn’t help but notice but...the car numbers on both ends of the Mark 3’s (like 433 & 436 or 449 & 452 @0:40) are not above the red and orange lights unlike the 2016 versions 😜 was so weird to see that lol
Did you hear that ebus is expanding to Sorrento in Salmon arm I enjoyed your ebus video I figured you'd be interested in the route expansion let me know Delores
29:21 That must have been a programming error--that announcement should only be heard when approaching Waterfront station, whereas westbound trains approaching Commercial-Broadway always say "(Please stand clear of the doors.) For connections to the Millennium Line, please exit through the doors on the right. For connections to the 99 B-Line and other buses, please exit through the doors on the left."
That tunnel is a hundred years old, it was built by CP Rail to access the roundhouse in Yaletown (now preserved). SkyTrain was built through that tunnel after CP abandoned it in the 1980s.
1080p has been included on a recent video (Kettle Valley Railway), but it takes up considerably more space on my HDD and takes even longer to process, so the short answer is no. The longer answer is maybe, when a new PC is acquired then 1080p will be an option. The Kettle Railway visit video was recorded in 1080p by mistake, so I processed it in that quality to compare it to 720p.
29:22 "connect here for the canada line, Seabus, and west coast Express" at commercial Broadway seems legit.
Yeah, quite a glitch. I believe it was fixed some time after this was filmed

salamat for filming this footage of Van
Good ride. Unfortunate it was not a clear sunny day for the scenery.
This is what I had to make do with. Two previous attempts failed due to rain, time I could have spent recording buses instead.

Rather difficult as I live in Calgary now, my next Vancouver trip won't be until next spring at the earliest.
awesome dude! keep up the good work! by the way since you did this will you do one from King George to Waterfront?? on a mark ll
That was already recorded in 2015, here's the link: ua-cam.com/video/6Ew9pkZtynQ/v-deo.html

I thought I heard that one point at Comm’l-Bdway.

Yes, I did hear about it. Im hoping they'll extend through to Calgary as well as I've been impressed by their services.

That sometimes happens.
Almost sounds like a BART train
They are built by the same manufacturer. They likely have similar traction motors.
@@Welwyn22 I see
29:27 there is a Mark III train rarely sees
So they made a tunnel because the buildings are in the way
At what location?
Near stadium chinatown

Will you upload in > 1080p in the future?
