you are not traveling. you are operating a motor vehicle on public roads. there is a difference. but you are just a sovereign citizen . and no cop in america needs to get their supervisor when asked.
I wrote in marker on each ticket, No Contract, UCC 1-308, Without Prejudice When summons came in mail I did not open, wrote Return To Sender, Rejected on it. Mailed them all back certified mail to the court. Explained Officer is only person who signed the contracts he is responsible for the fines. I put the ball back in their court. There is a specific reason and US Code (which is law for those in the back) why I did this. That took years of studying. Now I am waiting. I will let you know what, if anything happens next.
When my father was an ADA a cop pulled him over while on his way to court. The cop said my dad was doing 44 in a 45 zone, my dad told that that is not an offince nor is it a crime. The cop said something like so you know the law better than me. My dad said I believe so since I'm the ADA ( assistant districted attorney ), my dad got the cops name and badge number. From what I remember that cop was bumped down to desk duty.
Unfortunately driving is a privilege regulated by the government. That's why they can take away your license, it's basically a contract. It's a bit of a grey area. However you don't have to give anything up until probable cause has been established regardless.

After getting their ID, they then make up a bogus accusation. The US has literally become a police state where cops have unlimited power over civilians. Right now, cops just do whatever they want and it's destroying America. Just consider the number of cops who die per year from gunshots. It's 40 deaths out of about a million cops. Is that a lot? Do you know how many Americans get killed by cops every year? 1,000! Do you know how many are injured from cops per year? It's 250,000! And 75,000 of them are hospitalized. Just think about this. The police are literally oppressing American citizens. This is why there are so many police abuse videos. We've given people with the emotional and intellectual maturity of a 15-year-old, a badge and a gun. It's not surprising that all that power has gone to their head. The police force are all conservative Trump supporters. This is not hyperbole to say that if Trump was any smarter, he could literally take over America using the police force. Sorry for the long rant, but nobody realizes how bad it is. Our country is turning into Afghanistan with their guns, religion, and violence.
