Chester's very close friends and surviving spouse have all said he would have wanted them to continue on and would be 100% supportive of what the band is doing. That should be good enough for all of us.
@@DSLP-333 even if they didn’t. It wasn’t Chester’s band in the first place. Yes he’s my favorite singer and a major influence on my life but Linkin park was bigger than him and I’m glad they’re continuing to make music
Man, this song gives me one step closer vibes, this just shows you that their sound is everyone involved. It wasn’t just the Chester Bennington experience, even he knew that. that’s why he stood his ground when Warner brothers wanted him to be the main focus and have Mike kicked out of the band.
@ yep, a lot of people don’t know that, and Chester actually wasn’t the original lead singer, it was Mark Wakefield, a childhood friend of Mike. Chester actually came later into the band.
@ I think if you our 40 years old or younger, then it’s gonna be hard for you to move on from Chester. you pretty much grew up with them when they were at their peak. it’s mostly millennials who turned their back on the band after they released minutes to midnight.
@@123theprodigy5I'm 48 i was 24 when Hybrid Theory came out I bought it on first week of release. I was there from the beginning. My friends didn't really like them but I did. Im really happy for Mike hes such a nice guy. This new version of LP sounds great and it looks like they are having fun. I think this album is going to be huge for them. Why should they stop making music.
That's so funny the general consensus is that she has great cleans but people don't like her scream. I think her clean vocals are spectacular and she now owns certain songs like My December

That's crazy. Linkin Park is Mike's band. Without Mike it cannot ever be Linkin Park. He is integral.
