My morning routine during winters
1) day starts with a slap🙂(samaghne wale log samagh jaoge)
2) Brush and bath(sometimes or other wise haath per dhona)
4) wearing uniform above night suit.
5) breakfast if possible
6) seat no 5 bus no 6

Drinking Coffee on an empty stomach might seem fancy but it actually is harmful for our stomach lining.
As coffee is alkaline in nature when it goes into our empty stomach it triggers to release Hydrochloric Acid a.k.a HCl to neutralize the basic nature of coffee. Release of excessive amount of HCl harms the epithelium of the stomach also causing indigestion & heart burn.
Dark coffee before breakfast can be replaced with warm water with honey & lemon to boost our metabolism for the day.
