Farmers lost the huge export deal supplying soy beans to China. In retaliation for Trump’s tariffs, China ceased buying soy beans from the US and bought from Argentina. Those US farmers lost billions of dollars. Trump was forced to reimburse those farmers with billions of tax payer dollars and are still doing so today.
Much of our crops, especially corn is GMO. Other countries, such as Mexico deny import of US corn to prevent contamination of their own crops. Other countries have the same policy. Does this guy know the name of his game or is he just talking into a vacuum?
