    What do you think? Reckon we could translate this to a whole model? And what model should we try it on?

      @@deathbyyoyo1621 great idea! I reckon they'd be pretty good for it too, lots of details in their armour for the brushes to catch and highlight... I'll give it a go!

    Great Video and Thanks for the content! I find it so much nicer looking to grab a brush and clean the line after dry brush since dry brushing always has less saturation.

      That’s a great technique! It adds so much extra control and definition compared to just drybrushing alone

    If you need a clear area of the palette to clean your brush every time do you replace it when you run out, or just spray it with a primer and start over?

    • @SpensPainting
      @SpensPainting  Рік тому +1

      That's a good question and I should clarify. When I say "clean" I really mean "doesn't have any wet paint on it". It can be any part of the palette. It is useful to respray the palette every now and then to have a fresh area to work from

    Why not just use metallics? They look the same if not better and take less time.

    • @SpensPainting
      @SpensPainting  Рік тому +1

      You could use metallics but the benefit of NMM is that you have full control of where the highlight will be rather than relying on actual light to show that it is metallic
