- This Bayonet is supposed to fit my AK-47 (WASR-10) and it's an epic fail. It came in the mail from the Czech Republic. It was supposed to fit my Kalashnikov style rifle but it's wrong in design & dimension. Both the length and width of the mount points is off my a large margin.

It's frustrating, it's wrong, but it's just a symbolic knife. There are several sizes. Maybe some fit perfectly. 👍
It's no miracle that type of "bayonets/knifes" don't fit on an AK's. Superhead.
Its not literally supposed to fit! It's only supposed to look like a bayonet
you hold/press the handle's bottom button and slide the knife down on the Ak47's barrel hook. but even then you might have to make the bayonet hole slightly bigger to fit on the barrel.
Could've been a very practical way to retro fit a folding bayonet so it can be like type 56 spiker

@@SilvesterHumaj It seems like you got cheated sir... These knives are sold everywhere for very cheap. and if you see it that way, it's not meant to fit over ANY 7.62 rifle's barrel.

Jeff Wilkerson's video is the one you need for a WASR 10
They make Similar ones for a WASR on wish. Like $10. Minor mod, but length and line up are on point for it.
CCCP makes 3 sizes, you got the largest one in this video. You need the middle size for a WASR 10.
Just keep the Romanian Bayonet on it

@@sgthighway2171they have a lot of version for real. Today, starting from when u post this comment (2years ago so) russia didn't even make more bayonet and ak-47, as they use only the AKM. CCCP make bayonet for russia in the past but it don't exist anymore, only the chinese copy-which-are-not-totally-a-copy, because it's still the gun military use in China, because it's still the cheaper assault riffle to make.
Most ak are considered the same even if the name change but it's totally false as only the esthetic keep not far from the original, and the caliber of the chinese one is smaller because they take also the cheaper bullets, big army mean lot of supply, so they do their best to spare money.
There are 3 different sizes and lengths of these folding knives,they are not made For AK47's or knock off rifles, they are just styled similar.If you can't figure that out you shouldn't have either lol

I see your point and frustration; it is to long to attach, and more important this folding knife is classified as a switchblade as it opens with the press of a button. It is highly illegal in most states and a felony if found in your possession, be very careful who you allow to see this thing, personally I would get rid of it, not worth the trouble it could bring..
I live in New Hampshire.... we don't have as many dumb communist laws on knives here. Spring loaded knives are perfectly legal.

I was thinking about getting this knife- not for an AK though, just as a knife for cutting and stuff. Can anyone tell me if it is a worthy blade, if not anything?
Yes, it's a decent quality knife. Mine came with a nice sharp blade.

Call me crazy but if / when I buy a product called "folding bayonet for AK47" I naturally assume that it will fit an AK47.
It's "actually" false advertising if it does not.
