Tactics of how you win against Diamond Block: 1.) Rev up to red the red zone 2.) When it's orange, release the gas, perfectly on the green zone, and _HIT IT_ when it says "GO" 3.) Keep it on the Perfect shift, it'll give you an additional nitro fill. 4.) Keep on using nitros, and keep on shifting at the 'Perfect shift" zone, rapidly use nitros after shifting at the same time then you'll go faster. :3

Therefore, I simply reduced the difficulty to a minimum and just drove purely for the protocol. None pleasure. Just to move on. I hate Drag and I hate drifting too. "Brilliant idea" to make the car go on a non-turnable car, along sharp, tight corners, with lots of traffic. I had a Beetle car. The author of the video has a super car that turns to my surprise. To all the people who are having trouble beating this dude: I got the R8 thinking yo it's awd so it should have a good launch, it doesn't. I did end up beating him with half outlaw and American parts. The trick to beating him is to try to get a perfectly launch (you don't need it to win) and if you don't get the perfect shift from 1st to 2nd gear you are okay. You do need to get perfect shifts for all the other gears and use the boost as soon as you get it from the perfect shift or launch. It is difficult but after you get the feel for the car then you should be able to beat him
Turn the car to the left at the start and hold the gas button and u should hit him every time and it slows him down every time without fail and then try get good shifts then boost and u should beat him(dnt need perfect shift at the start

Just when you thought doing a time trial in a drag car is hard enough? BAM! POLICE CHASE. And what's worse? The game pulls a handbrake at every drag race, which means if the car successfully turns around at 180° you have to turn back again. But most drag cars do wheelies, that means you have to feather the accelerator so the car stays stable. While at the same time trying to avoid the inhumane cops. What's even worse? The roads that you'll go during the chase have full corners that works perfect with Drift, Race, and Runner cars. I can't even go through it without dropping to 30mph. The game itself told us to forget corners because Drags are all for straight but bitch YOU THOUGHT. Here are time trials with a car that doesn't steer shit. Good luck and enjoy. And yes. I sold my Drag car after this and bought a new Off-road car for Mac because apparently 4WD cars don't handle well on dirt.
To everyone seeing this I beat the race using a Ford GT level 377 on turns tap the handbrake about 2-3 times untill you enter a drift and once you start drifting stop tapping it. (For the race before the boss race aka. The annoying af sprint race)

Really? I managed to beat the whole crew with my derelict Mustang I did it on Medium Difficulty tho, but my car hit level 399 quite quick, and I got very lucky getting five 3-perk tickets on it. The only times I ever lost a drag race was when I crashed into traffic.

If you're short on cash, replay any event (any spec) that earns you the most amount of money to buy Speed Cards for your Drag car.
