I’m planning on becoming a apprentice jockey just gotta wait till I graduate and then take it from there and become a great apprentice jockey and then a great senior jockey I just love horses and it’s been my dream to race with them and just take care of horses and be a jockey
Just a thought. For someone aged 25, working in a completely different industry but who’s been involved with horses for leisure, is it still possible to go down the apprentice jockey path?
@@geoffphillips5872 Currently almost 2 years into my jockey apprenticeship. Found a trainer willing to take me on. Anything is possible Geoff if you put the head down and work hard.
@vey9821 Good for you! Thats absolutely amazing! I'm 17 with no previous experience with horses but always wanted to work with them and for the past few years this rcareer path has been a major *YES* for me. Really hoping it works out for both you and me 🤞🏻💙💙
Anything is possible,You can always Find 9 to 5.00 uneventful Job if Things don’t work out,The Job requires 100 % focus ,The right Trainer at the right time,Lots of luck,Great Job and you will grow up real fast,Bin there got the tea shirt 😎

No. All apprentice jockeys become senior jockeys once they are 21 years old.
