Have my moon and atmakaraka in 9th house in this nakshatra.. Per my understanding and research, would like to add one information here:
1. Since its the mother Aditi's nakshatra, these people would get help from the entire universe (if they are on the right track). We learn from Ramayana that When Sita gets abducted by Ravana (a demon- demons and daityas/danavas are the descendant of mother Diti/mother Aditi's sister and Sage Kashyapa), while searching for her lord Rama
a. gets help from Jatayu (an Eagle- the son of Tamra, another sister of Mother Aditi), b. he converses with trees and plants (trees and plants are descendants of Ira devi- another sister of Aditi who was also married sage Kashayapa), c. Vanara sena (the major generals were also descendants of Ashta Vasus)..
d. His own brother Laxmana was the incarnation of Ananta shesha (Serpents are the descendants of Kadru, another sister of Aditi married to Sage Kashyapa).
So, these natives are by birth inclusive people. So, most of the time this trait comes across as their weakness.But the fight is always between Aditi and Diti energies..
2. Like Ramji had Lakshman who was with him always, even the punaravsu natives come with twin - sibling/friend. I had a friend who was totally different but our paths and mission were alligned and interstingly, both of us are lord ShriRama's devotee.She too has her moon and darakaraka in Punarvasu. And she (being a woman, it's not expected in our society) was the one who took charge of the family situation during a crisis situation..
3. As the arrow is taken back while shooting it, punatvasu natives too need to deal with Ardra energies.. Like in case of Lord Shri Ram, he went to Vanavas I.e., forest (ardra theme), fought with demons that were creating havoc on the Earth and troubling sages(Jupiter), built a bridge to cross the sea and to reach Sita Maa (this is Purvashad and Uttarashada energy- which fall opposite to Punaravsu) and then came back to home. So, Ardra, Punarvasu and Purva/Uttarashada energies play out in each of the punaravsu natives strongly..

Namaste Sir 🙏🏼 I really hope you see this comment even though the vid is from last year. I was listening because today after church I saw the moon in the morning sky and then looked on my stellarium app to see which nakshatra is happening and I saw it was in Castor and Pollux so I put all the punarvasu videos in my queue. Anyways what I wanted to say is in response/suggestion to what the lady at time stamp 1Hr28Min (lady with an American-English accent) said about her nephew and the health diagnosis. So, I’m on a board right now of an organization and one of the founders David Cochrane and he has written a book called “the astrology of bipolar disorder”. He coauthored it along with a psychologist and he has a very evidence-based research type of approach to this based on transits and personal chart. He uses a method called “vibrational astrology”…I don’t know very much about it BUT it is all about harmonics - essentially our Vedic system of divisional charts. I believe he focuses quite a bit on the 11th harmonic, 33rd harmonic (so D11,D33) and I think D64 (not sure).
