In Mexico we have bad experiences with this copies, because the price is very cheap and the support it's like this kind of shit.
Dear Amcon distributor, 15 to 20% sludge cake from activation tank of WWT is standart result and Volute is not any better. For different sludges we can get different dry matter (max is around 45% for oil-based sludges) and you can check other videos to see it. Sadly, shitting around is only thing, you guys know to do. You know the best, that Volute is overpriced and outdated equipment, which can last just half year before you have to call your dealer to sell you new shaft. We don't go this way, we try to do our best to have satisfied customer with reliable equipment. And plenty of satisfied customers all over the globe proves that. Have a nice day!

Dear MIVALT distributor, I sell my first unit in Mexico 5 years algo, and I never sell any spare part, and i have the record an all the equipments works, so when you say the Volute needs to replace every 6 months, maybe the client buying this equipment or benenv or any copycat in the market. Maybe your company do the best effort to sell equipments but let me tell you, I prefer sell god quality to the customers, to sell problems just for money. In this case, I don’t think the Volute has a bad or outdated technology, because all the brands in the market started to sell this technology, please do not try to cheat customers whit stolen technology and poor quality. I wish you the best, however there is no future for those who try to progress stealing merits from another company. Best regards.
