I believe they will survive til the end bc they have what they call a 'slow grow'. It's the fast moving romances that never last. But J&B's interactions are few & far between, with them connecting more each time they reunite. With only 2 more seasons of GoT to go, I feel J&B will end up happily together in Tarth. I could be totally wrong bc GoT doesn't give us happy endings but at least one couple should end up happy & I truly hope it's these 2.
