- The storm off the eastern North Island continues to very slowly east but heavy rain and strong winds do continue for another day or so - but clears on Friday. We have the latest on rainfall for Thursday and when the sun may finally return.
On Friday high pressure covers a fair amount of NZ but a cold front comes into the West Coast and on Saturday that moves up the North Island.
We have your forecast through to Monday next week.
