I just got "Cool Shades" a while ago from the help of a maxed out guy. It was my first time fighting Franky! The chances of it happening were so low.
I have 500 points in sword (I'm a sword main) but when I go to the guy that sells the accessory in the desert he says I'm not ready yet is this a glitch?
