I was implying how some of these outfits don't really look as nice like Mia's pant and sihyun's dress maybe they should find things that are suitable according to what complements the girls and the group when put together. Im not saying all of the outfits throught their promotion was ugly. But in this particular performance, some outfits may look good individually but together it doesn't look nice

It's called having a theme. Tons of groups do that for their debut (Loona being one example)
