Well I only came across Theo James in Sanditon. I thought that it was a very good production until the ending. It was based on the unfinished novel by Jane Austen. Austen fans were so disappointed with the ending because it was not in keeping with an Austen novel. Sidney and Charlotte were wonderful together, just as Darcy and Lizzie had been. With the tragic ending instead of the ending that Austen would have written, fans were upset and hoping for another season to put things right. Then we heard that James would not be in the next, and that he liked the ending because he didn’t like ‘happy ever after’ endings. So I personally am not interested in him or his career. Jane Austen died at a young age, wrote six novels and we were hoping for a seventh, we sadly we did not get. Davies et al made a total mess of it in my opinion. Austen’s novels are not portrayed in seasons. They are composed of six to eight episodes with a beginning, an end and the in between. One knows who the protagonists are from the beginning and there is always a happy ending with the protagonists marrying. The BBC’s production of ‘Pride and Prejudice’ was the perfect example.
So terribly sad no Theo in Sanditon 2… l just cannot help but think it’s a great mistake he won’t take part… he was a marvelous Sidney Parker… he’ll be sorely missed..

Musician, smart (or at least curious), can sing and act AND is hot? If he weren't married, he'd be the ideal man. (Sorry Taylor Kitsch and all my other heartthrobs.) His voice is the cake, the rest is just icing. Love a deep, rumbly voice. His wife better, like, have him ensured or something, lolz. Save his DNA in case we ever legalize human cloning, LOL.
I get that feeling too. It’s a niggling feeling I get from watching him in interviews with other actors. I sense a lack of warmth toward him sometimes.
