Your like the Andy Anderson of bmx. You didnt do all the big tricks but you did some hard unique tricks and you had style and speed so judges don't know what to do but everyone is stoked on it.

i like jay and his riding style, he does amazing stuff. and i know he can do loads of tricks. but in his run basically all he did was pump really well and go really fast/ high. which i know in these comps is a large part of the judging, but still. i thought he would get 3rd or 4th tbh. i was surprised he got second. i dont mean any offense, i guess i just dont know enough about the judging process and the difficulty factor of what jay was doing. like, i know jay can do at least half the tricks the others were doing. but a bmx contest where he doesnt do a tailwhip. i thought some form of tailwhips would be mandatory to get a podium. didnt do a flair either. and i know he can do both. just saying in his run he didnt. i dont know what im saying.
Scares me seeing kids riding fast. They do know how to bail properly and they just take the cement to the dome.
