I usually drain my hose in a flower pot or bucket for later use. I love my extendable hose.

I love the idea of these hoses, but in actual use, I find no matter how good the quality may be, they don't last without bursting or springing leaks. The light weight is lovely to me, as I have weight lifting restrictions, however, the cost to replace these every few months is ridiculous when I can get a traditional hose that lasts for years for almost the same price. Even draining them after every use didn't work because any more than a few seconds of pressure caused leaks, in my experience.

Very informative video. What brand is the hose nozzle on the end of the hose ? Thx.

There's a very reason why they are no longer sold in many popular stores.

I've been unhappy with the pressure of my (cheaper) expandable hose. far less than the standard hose. I'll try a higher quality one.

4 Months huh. That hose must be better quality, since most of those extendable hoses either get holes in them after a while, or the water causes the ends to break off.🤔

My hose came with three washers and one is smaller than the other two. So what's the smaller one for?

I would love to know how it has held up since the post.

It held up really well until a few months ago I was pulling the hose through the yard and it seem to have gotten snagged on something sharp and not knowing I pulled and tore a hole in the hose. It was really nice and so much easier to use. My wife still uses the one in the front for her flower gardens and it’s holding up great still! :)

can you roll it into a hose reel? or will it be too finnicky?

    • @teddysmith1952

No, a hose reel doesn't work well with these....The hose will stretch out as you reel. No good. Just hang it on a bracket( like the video) or over the facet if you have a small one....

How to order this product clarify

you. failed to mention that the hose can't be used for sprinkling yard. First, it requires you to turn off the valve at the output end to build up pressure to get the length expanded. then when you hook it up to a sprinkler, you get soaked because you have to open the outflow valve to start the water flowing. Then since the pressure has gone down it begins creeping back away from the desired sprinkler location. Nuts!
