Thank you, that is such nice feed back. I am going to make sure I continue to do this! Thank you for watching and taking time to chat with me too! Happy stamping!
Ahhhhhh, thanks MOM! You stopped to leave me a comment. THANKS! So nice to scroll down and see your comment this morning! See you later for family game night!!!
I love these two Carrie, I don't have the flippin awesome die, but I am thinking of using the high 5 with the double slider die and the magic picture changer. Thank you for these great ideas.
Clarissa Vicencio-Wickens oh my word, that’s a great idea!! I don’t have those dies, it would love to see what you make. Thank you for watching! So glad I could be an inspiration! ❤️😊
They are both amazing. I tend to like the vertical just because it’s different. I do the same thing with pattern paper. I can’t stand cutting a big piece and only a little bit shows. Thanks so much. Love your videos. Take care ❤️
Thank you, we are so a like, I love a vertical card and I can not stand to waste specialty paper. Thank you so very much for watching and chatting with me! Makes my day that you like my videos!
I just purchased the flippin awesome die set so love the ideas. I wasn’t 100% happy when I made one in a class and I think the placement of each square using the double sided tape will help me.
ANN SIMPSON ohhh, I’m so glad I could give you some ideas and hope you have fun making some cards with your new die set. Let me know if you have any questions, I’m glad to help. Thank you so much for watching. 😊
Hi Carrie, I finally made it over here! It is soooooo fun to hear you after seeing all your posts on IG! I really like your video and both examples are great. I like the second one a torch better and that grasshopper does make the back panel!!!!! Totally agree. He is cute. Great idea to use the mound of dirt as a cloud! Hugs and cheers! lizzardsbf 😍
Absolutely BRILLIANT! Well done. Love both cards! love your heart-shape-glue trail - even though it's never going to be seen, it's proof you're making these cards with love!! Subscribed ;-) Natasha xxx
Hi Natasha! I am so glad you like the cards! The heart on the back of my card started when I was stamping with my friend Amy. I always say Love is in the details and so she put a heart on the back of her panel in glue and I have been doing it ever since. She recently passed and now it also is a remembrance of her. Thank you for noticing. So happy you subscribed! So nice chatting with you!
These are incredible, Carrie! Now I think I need that flippin die, lol 😂. They are both so stinkin’ cute. You really rocked the Really High Five set ❤️❤️❤️
I love your adorable cards! Thanks for the inspirations. I need that stamping ceramic dish in my life, I'm forever losing my small die cuts and stamps. Could you share where you got it?
Cheryl Guilford thank you so much!!! You’re too sweet! That dish was a gift from a friend. I don’t know where she got it. I’ll ask her. But I always look for cute little dishes like this. I got a duckling soap dish at the Dollar tree that I also use just like the stamp one. I’ll try to show it in my next video on Tuesday.
Hi Carrie, i love this die set but the card i made has started to sag by the flipping part (since it is displayed standing up & only that 1 part on the tab has adhesive). Any idea how to get it not to sag?
Hi, sorry to hear you have card sagging! I would suggest to use a heavy weight card stock for the base that the flipping mechanism is attached to. I have not had this issue, but mine is not out standing up. I hope that helps. Thanks for reaching out. I am here to help if you ever have a question!
another super card - that I am copying right now as I do have this set and need a quick birthday card~. What paper did you use for the copic coloring and then for the flippin awesome part? Thanks Carrie :-)
I am sorry I am getting back to you so late. Sometimes I get a late notification of comments. So glad you like the card!!! I use Whip Cream card stock for Copic Coloring and the base of the flippin awesome mechanism. It should be linked in the description of this video. It is by FSJ and is sold at the Spellbinders shop.
@@CarrieRhoades thank you - I did look though what you listed for the supplies and didn't see the paper listed. I ended up using an 80 pound paper for the flipping mechanism and Bristol smooth for the decorative pieces :-) I also like how the first one is not on a card base as it makes it flatter for mailing. I am ending up having to pay the "package" rate because my cards are more than 1/4 inch thick - and it is getting pretty expensive mailing these card so I have to find another way around it. Thanks again :-)
Mercy! That’s crazy to have to pay that much for a card! It is getting more expensive to send cards. I really try to make my Christmas cards more flat because of that.
Ann J the measurements of the mechanism on the front of this card is about 11.75cm x 6 cm that includes the pull tab that hangs off the of my card. I hope this helps you! Let me know. 😊
I love how you only show the marker you are using at the time! Makes it so much easier to follow along! Thanks very much
Thank you, that is such nice feed back. I am going to make sure I continue to do this! Thank you for watching and taking time to chat with me too! Happy stamping!

Oh, I get overboard! At least we are there together! 😁
Thank you for sharing. Would you mind giving the dimensions of the card?
Ann J sure! The card base is 4-1/4” x 11” scored at 5-1/2”. Does that help? Let me know if you have anymore questions. I’m glad to help.
@@CarrieRhoades thanks for the prompt reply how big is the mechanism when folded. Sorry I am used to the metric system inches really confuse me. 😅
