You're the man Zach it's hard work and what keeps you going it is your passion it's good that you have your channel it's good that you do the videos so that fans and just the average person watching your video gives them insight to the hard work you put into your passion. When you believe in what you're doing you'll have fun. I know kind words don't turn into money but hopefully your time will come and you'll get some good breaks I enjoy your Channel I know it's hard work I used to race motorcycles for a piece of plastic not on your level because of injuries and the lack of funds so I switched to something else I was good at I race bicycles and standing all day walking around all day I feel your pain and then training 2 hours at night on a bicycle pretty tough bu itt keeps me healthy and it makes me feel good. So big shout out to the Privateer and to your vlog and if it's any solace for a good night's sleep the best pillow is fatigue
@@ZackWilliams874 been there done that I was pro back in 74 - 80 in Florida in college the moved backup north after that, but back then racing 125 and 250 at local Florida tracks I could make $300 per class $ 600 bucks winning both class, training and working at the shop there that helped me a little and working as a life guard that was the good part I lived in Daytona Beach ⛱ girls girls, best of luck to you and you family 👪
Man I feel ya there work all week then drive go to a event then spend all week after work cleaning up and maintenance. It’s a never ending revolution I try to do something every day to keep up. Looking good out there keep up the good work
Hey man ur a big inspiration for everyone else in d23. I live like 20 minutes from the bp moto ranch, is there any way to be able to ride there or is it invite only? I was at cambridge on saturday and it was a total swamp man!!
Thanks bud I really appreciate the kind words! I’m definitely trying! I know right now they typically run on Wednesday nights, and are pretty strict to A/B only, but if you search them on Facebook and send them a message it’s worth a shot!
Just stumbled on your channel. You have a lot of potential man, I know how hard it is to even qualify for a national let alone just miss points. Is your practice bike a 450? If so is that just to save money on maintenance?
thanks man I appreciate it, im doing my best to keep inching my way in there! Yes I like to have 1 450 and 1 250 mainly for local racing, and pro am races so it just makes sense to use it as a practice bike too
@@ZackWilliams874 Makes perfect sense man, I would do it the same way myself. When I was running around racing in 2010-2011 I personally felt like my performance on the 250 benefited significantly from me practicing on the bigger bike. You feel like you can bring the piss out of it and put it exactly where you want to. Are there quite a few local races that pay in MN? I live in California but as far north as you can go just about. There's not a whole lot going on around here as far as big purses go
That’s exactly it. I definitely feel better going back to the 250 after riding the 450. Usually try to get atleast a day on the 250 before a national. As far as races that pay, there is not a ton but it does seem like there is a few in the surrounding states but still limited. I typically do about 3-4 a year
