Day 1 - Conference on Advancing Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights in Africa

The conference honours Professor Charles Ngwena’s contributions to human rights and specifically highlights his pioneering work in advancing sexual and reproductive health and rights in Africa. The conference will take the form of multiple panel discussions with a focus on safe abortion access in Africa; SRHR and access to gender affirming care in Africa; an intersectional approach to SRHR with a focus on disability among others.
