Every single reviewer ONLY focuses on SPEED, SPEED, SPEED ... I don't care about the speed ! It's a sata 3 drive I know how fast it will be, especially since the is NO DRAM cache (that info was important). I need to know the TBW (Tera bytes written), how long this will last ? Also the warranty has nothing to do with TBW. If the warranty runs out you still want the thing to work, right ? I have a 840 evo 250GB that has over 73,000 hours on it, with 91% left ... warranty long expired !

Hi David. Only If your mac has a 2.5" drive that uses the standard SATA interface. I know apple sometimes has its own protocols.

Yeah all good. Had it for a few months on a secondary test system. Nothing bad to report. Then sold it.

Yes, all fair points. I mentioned it has 800 TBW for the 1TB.
Me too, a pair of 840 and 850 Pro 256gb that run for ever, since they have MLC.
