I have been wanting to watch this movie for a while. Such an amazing job by the writer, director and actors. Parts played by the police officers, Bulbul, Pinky and Dulal are extra ordinary. Music of the film is lovely to. Meaningful lyrics and chords are heart melting. This movie was selected for several International shows. Congratulations to Dulal(Akshika productions)!
Exactly what happened with me, right line that hum kisi ki nazar ko badal sakte hai nazariye ko nahi, chehere ko chamkaya ja sakta hai par logo ki soch ko nahi . People also taunted me for my dark skin tone, and even compare with my sister. And now the time came no body thinks to marry me, sometime the reason became skin tone on another time my body shape, but i don't have any problem with what i am and for what i am blessed with rather i proud of myself, but I only want to raise a question did me and people like would not have a right to consider as a human being, and a right to choose a life partner and a job of our choice & preference????
Learn self love. Don't care what others say. Because people will always find a reason to belittle you. Be happy! Be content! Remember you are a beautiful creature of God and he loves you no matter what! ❤️

I would have written the story little different... Instead of committing suicide..Bulbul goes missing and the police is investigating assuming a possibility of murder. In the end Bulbul is traced to a Krishna temple...she had taken refuge in Krishan as he was also Dark Skin. Pinky realizes what her life would be without Bulbul. Both of them reunite. Dulaal who had experienced physical love is suddenly transformed...he realizes that sexual pleasure doesn't last and thus he decides to become a Krishna Devotee...and becomes sanyasi. Mrs Srivastav also returns with a new lesson that she wants to be beautiful for herself and not to get validation from her husband...she takes the case back. This would complete the story without making it a gloomy end...Dulaal also gets a closure. The Pinky Beauty Parlor continues with new sense of empowerment..

Good storyline. But I feel that it could have a better end by showing how she overcame by being a successful entrepreneur. Gives a wrong message to succumb. And why did Pinky marry the guy when she knew her sister's love interest in him?
I know it’s a movie, hence for effect , they added the suicide. But no problem is so big to give up your life. Logon ka to kaam hain kehnaa. One should always be thankful for the numerous gifts he/she is blessed with.
