I'm assuming they prefer not to show there faces therefore they voice their CGI personas, but there are real people behind both dance and vocals. A very popular example of this kind of thing is VOCALOID

So the characters are Fake (made by cgi) but the girls singing are real and they are actually doing the choreo in m/v but they use a very upgraded cgi to make them like that.

No there's no real singers behind the scenes it's CGI but there's real dancers doing the movements
