Sometimes when you go through rural France it feels like no one lives there or they’ve all been kidnapped. And they look like they were very big chocolate mousses Not seen the gap issue on any Facebook groups
Strangely that’s what we said about rural French town! About the gap, when we got home, my brother who’s good with campervan construction, managed to move it back into place. He suggested we used some simple L shaped brackets (in the garage) to hold it in place. T&T
@@tntadventures6697 yep we had the romantic notion we would stop at French cafes resembling Rene’s from Allo Allo for coffee or wine. But the only thing open was McDonalds
You will love your 68, we certainly do! We believe the gap has been caused by vibrations whilst driving and the short screws have come out, we’ve pushed it back into place and potentially we are going to put L brackets in the garage for a more secure fit. Thanks for watching, T&T
Great video ladies, my wife and I haven't yet purchased our van/motorhome (we've been caravanners for 13 years/VW Campers before that). Could we ask what the pass thing was that you used when exiting the aire in France please? Also as a same-sex couple like you guys, how safe have you found it in your van, travelling etc? Thank you for another super vlog of your travels. 😊
The pass is for the camping aires that belong to the company camping-car park for Aires all over Europe, you can pre order the cards for €5 (& I think you can purchase them from the Aires them selves) the cards are good as you can pre load them before your travels and the app will tell you the location of all the Aires, facilities & spaces available. So far we have felt very safe and have always found everyone to be very friendly. Safe travels, Tash
Ours has just hit 4000K, its frightening how quickly the miles mount up ! Take care, Trev Debz and Tyler x
Your quite right after the first 1000, the miles will rack up quite quickly, safe travels T&T 😊
Nice to meet you both. Safe travels.
Nice to meet you both as well, we hope you enjoyed your French break 😊
