Normally bubbles in resin are an instant disaster but those are so perfectly positioned (and make total sense within the scene) you couldn't have done that on purpose if you tried a million times. Bravo!
@@Testicleezoftroy I really didn't believe you at first, but your totally right. Finally saw the way the light was interacting with them and casting shadow on the underside. That's such a cool technique.
Finally a good and plausible looking alien which has a disign thats more creative that a humanoid with some random stuff glued onto its head, btw the diorama looks stunning, good job on that too
Aliens being trapped in a water tank is an underutilized theme for diorama artists, this is the 4th video I have viewed on this particular subject in the past 26 minutes and of all the videos I’ve seen yours is the most recent-cheers!
Bro, that's SICK AF! I actually let out a "oh shit" at the end... super cool man! A screen shot of that would make for a cool wallpaper for sure! Thanks for sharing!
Oh my God. I wish one day I could have a little of your professionalism. Everything is clean and calculated. I am really surprised. You are very professional. I love your work. Especially the construction stages. I enjoy. Please continue so we can enjoy more🥰🥰🥰
It never fails to amaze me how intricate your builds are. Watching them from start to finish is always a mesmerizing experience! Great work as usual, here. A really cool original alien design that is creepy too, and all the little details you cram in are always cool and only add to the atmosphere of your creations. Good work as always!
Looks awesome! I woulda liked a couple shots of how you made and placed the physical bubbles during the pour, and a few shots of how you segmented the 3d model for printing would have been great to see.
I'm guessing the magnets for each of the parts was to save having to drill into the piece and risk resin leaking when it came time to pour? Seems like a really good solution to a common problem.
I feel like if I was trying to imprison a tentacled monster, shackles would not be high on my list of possible restraints. Amazing work, truly. The use of magnets for ease of setup and takedown was genius.
Bruh loollol.....need to look into 6mm (and below) scale models. 3D printing is largely why Epic Armageddon is still being played 20 years after it was discontinued.
Great work as usual but I'm a bit confused with the magnets. Magnets are usually used when you want to put something on and off regularly. You used magnets but then encased the whole build in resin. Why did you use magnets instead of simply gluing everything in place?
@@ZERO_Figure_maker Oh, I do, and it's amazing over all, don't get me wrong! That particular inclusion is just a bit incongruous to the rest of it, sort of like doing a fantasy forest diorama and randomly putting a brand new, mint condition sports car on top of a tree :P
Very nice build and awesome creepy Alien, but why are Monsterlabs always dirty and rotten? Try to fix tentacles with chains is like transporting water with a sieve... The upper chains are useless...
wait a minute those cuffs on the tentales are utterly useless. Who ever captured this thing will have some serious issues very soon xD Looks awesome tho not gonna lie so I will forgive the people who captured it!
@@ZERO_Figure_maker After 23 hour, without sanding the first layer surface, you pour the second layer resin right away? Does a layer line or seam appear between the layers?

Those aren't bubbles, they're little silver balls added while the epoxy is curing so they stay in position.

How many hour did you wait between resin layer poruring? You poured layer by layer but it did not create layer seams!
Usually takes 24 hours
