- (HTG) Brian walks you through The DATDA Office, DATDA Classroom, Gear Room and Pendulum FREE ROAM for Lego Harry Potter Years 1-4. Now that we are done with the STORY and FREE PLAY modes, we get back into our FREE ROAM videos. Our FREE ROAM videos will cover all Gold Bricks, Red Bricks, Student in Perils as well as all of the Character Tokens. Of course will have our Quick Links to get you to all of the important items and areas too since we will be clumping some of the smaller FREE ROAM areas together. We are using an infographic map of Hogwarts that was put together by RadiantViper and a link to the map can be found below. Thanks as always! Parvati was the last one I needed, not counting Voldemort. I’m in the post-story, so the room was dark and it was harder to spot that book up the stairs.
At this point I go out of my way for HTG walkthroughs when I'm stuck

Its a Strength Potion. Polyjuice is for swapping characters.
I know this is an extremely old video, but thank you so much. I didn't see the staircase in the back of pendelum row, and had no idea what to do since it wouldn't let me leave the way I entered.
I still show a character tolken arrow flashing in pendulum row. Is it just a glitch? I've gotten everything in your video.

MythicallyLink yes she is that’s why Harry is sad when she dies she just doesn’t fit into his pocket and would stay his dorm room at hog warts it’s why Harry had that cage for her
Hitting the torches isn't giving me the Ron token. I'm stuck at 99.9% and I think I'll just have to stay there cause this is definitely a glitch.

Hey i need help i have gold brick locations turned on and it says that i have a gold brick in the middle of the classroom. but i got every silver thing in the room. any answer on how to get it? or is it just a glitch?

Okay I just ran into a huge glitch. I'm in the gear basement and there was supposed to be a student in peril in the spider web on that little platform. I got them but I'm not sure is it accounted for it because now I'm missing one student in peril and I can't find it. Now when I go back to the Gear basement cuz I'm checking each room again all over again there is somebody waving his hands up in the ceiling. And then he's like floating around up there. so I think it's a glitch from another one because when I go into the lobby I hear the crying of the student in Peril but there is no student in peril in the lobby I already got that one. so now I don't know what to do, aside from saying screw it and give up because I'm not starting a whole new game just for that. :(

Hi the videos show that you get 2 gold bricks, but by the end of it your total has gone up by 3? I have been following your videos and i am 1 gold brick behind? I have even purchased the gold brick detector and checked all areas in this videos. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
In the pendulum room lower level I cannot jump over the final two bridges to the final part where the golden brick and Quirrel are because the spellcaster will always throw me back although the pixies are destroyed. What can I do? Already left the game several times and tried again. Always the same…
Thanks for the cobweb character token I got my character token detector showing on but the front desk but could work out what it was showing for so went round eliminating things that you’ve done and found a back left cobweb that I missed

I can’t get Ron or parvati in the classroom and I’m at the endgame variant of it so I think I permanently can’t get those characters which screws up my 100 percentage
I had gotten parvati before, but my room doesn’t look like his does. It’s got the boggart things so hermione and Ron could learn the spell. But yeah, I can’t get Ron 😔.
I am so confused I watched this video and collected professor Quirrel, but at the end it said I have one character token remaining. Its Quirrel. I can’t purchase him and it’s not showing up in the end of the pendulum room I’m at 98.1% as well

OH NO! That is always a pain trying to figure it out.. Best way is to start with the Levels, make sure you got all Students, Gold Bricks and of course Char Tokens. Then if you have them all, it is time to start checking the FREE ROAM areas. Let us know if you run into any questions!

HTG There is a trophy requiring Free Play on Lv 2 with Professor Quirell to defeat his troll as him so maybe after Free Roam do that 1 ok

I think anyone can do the bogart chests as long as they know ridiculous spell or the dementor spell.

Might be a glitch, just restart the entire console/pc that you are playing on and try again

Joshua Suminski Indeed! We hope to have the video up by the end of this weekend. We have officially completed all game play/recording and just have to edit a TON of videos in the next couple of days. Feels good to finally have the Platinum trophy for this game.

I still can't see a door on the lower level. Have all collectibles, just can't see any door anywhere. When I save and quit and go to Leaky Cauldron, it brings be back here. :/
