In this video i modified the stock headlight of meteor 350 with phillips extreme vision and got amazing results.
Stock blub doesn’t give enough visibility on highways so I decided to upgrade my headlight with phillips extreme vision.
I didn’t go for HID or Led lights and I have reasons for that! Because HID or Led lights works fine when it comes as stock. Company fitted HID or Led lights works flawlessly and very effective on highways because their reflector shell is designed for HID or led lights. But royal Enfield Meteor 350 headlight is designed for halogen blub so I decide to go for phillips extreme vision

I feel pass light is more effective, some time I use pass button for more clear visibility.if we can change switch location of pass light with high beam it will be a great move
During pass light operation both the 55W and 60W filaments power up, hence drawing current as per 115 watts, interchanging the wiring as per your idea would draw this continuous current which may be harmful for the battery. Pass light is used momentarily which is not that much taxing for the battery.
With more brightness it will generate more heat, will it affect in any ways?
I installed Philips H4 racing vision bro, it has given great results.

Now in new bikes, no kick. battery should be always in good condition. So fear for adding extra accessories or bulbs will put pressure on battery and spoil battery life. However in this video you have clearly mentioned same volt as it gets from company.

Already ordered the same bulb.. really informative stuff on your channel.. I'm also a proud meteor owner... As I'm also wear a turbun.. how can I avoid wind blast while recording as I don't want to wear a helmet.. kindly help
SSA Veeray. Firstly you need a good helmet like Axor, Smk etc and if you are using gopro then a mic adapter is must for sound recording. And don’t place mic in front of mouth, place it on the left or right as convenient to you. That’s it

I also have installed the same but didn't found any major difference except the high price of the bulb. Compared to the price the result is very poor.

Impact on battery?
As long as the wattage is 55w/60w or less, there won't be any impact on the battery. The higher brightness levels are being achieved through special coatings. One can use any H4 socket bulbs only keeping in mind the wattage.
