I have a photo with Steven Tyler from when I was around 20yo and working at a top radio station. Steven is a super-nice guy, very genuine.
What I would give to live on Maui with Steven Tyler, Willie Nelson & Woody Harrelson. Imagine I'll just "Dream on"! Tyler is by far the coolest dude with talent he loves to share as said by another, for 100,000 or less than a bar full of locals. It oozes out of his pores effortlessly...

I can't watch this enough. Tyler's voice sounds even better than it did in the 70s. I'm reminded how well he plays keyboard. And Willie K...a genius also. I recently accidentally found this So cool.

First up, the Aerosmith classic Dream On has a very unique history. That was song that basically put them on "The Map". It was radio stations in Detroit, Illinois, Indiana, etc. That gave the song air play and it took off... Everytime Steven Tyler performs the song, he always does it different. The gentleman playing the ukulele is a gifted artist... Anyone that has a love for the art of music will add their own uniqueness. Thanks for a very good performance. Love and Peace to everyone.

My heart is sad! Willie K , a musician i got to meet and admired has passed away 😔Not less than a couple of weeks ago I was listening to a recording I took of him in a local venue in Maui. His version of “Hallelujah “ will stay forever with me as one of the best I ever listened too. He was a truly amazing musician, capable to make magic out of his ukulele .

mr. tyler i dont know if you will ever read this but I want to tell you that I lived in maui I was outside of paradice blues the night you played there, I was on the seawall listening I lived in the plantation houses behind the building you know "the getto" . You are my dads favorite artist, and dream on is my happy place. I was about 6 yrs old and he had a 79 jeep renegade with the safari windshield I was buckeled in in the back, he was taking me to ottis airforce base to see the blu angels and this song came on the radio. I rember seeing him look at me through his rear view mirror and I could see that he was so happy. He isnt my biological dad but I was about 6 months when he came into my life. when I was 8 they tried to explain that to me but it took me 2 more years to understand what that meant. your daughter is amazing by the way i would love to see her act again, sorry sidetracked thier. This song kept me close to him even tho we were so far away in so many ways. I knew uncle willie and loved him so, he took the time to talk story with me countless times. I miss him so bad, so bad. I have to confess I didnt truly belive in heaven untill he went there. last month in NH where I lived for the last 2 years standing outside watching the colorful leaves blow and thinking about him and heaven just then I looked up and a gigantic shaka appeared in the sky, not a real one, the one they put on t-shirts. I am only 3 years into being a born again christian and I recently started urging my dad to find faith before its too late. I know you have been praised for writting this song plenty times but truly this particular version brought me immesurable comfort. Thank you Mr Tyler. wait... I mean Mahalo nui loa. I married the man in our profile picture, I wish he could have met uncle. Mahalo again mr. tyler, and god bless you.

I apologize if I offend anyone, but in my opinion Steven Tyler can't even come close to Willie K. in the talent department, not many can, Willie K. was one of , and will always be , one of the most dynamic musicians, I only wish he had a broader audience before he passed. His music should be heard far and wide .
