സോഷ്യൽ മീഡിയ ഉപയോഗവും വെറുതെ time കളയുന്നതും കുറക്കുക ആവശ്യത്തിന് മാത്രം ബ്രേക്ക്‌ എടുക്കണം പിന്നെ ഇപ്പോഴും ആരേലും വാച്ച് ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട് എന്നു വിചാരിച്ചു പഠിക്കുക ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ നമ്മളെ ആരും ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുന്നില്ല എന്ന് തോന്നുകയും ട്രാക്ക് ഔട്ട്‌ ആവാൻ ഉള്ള സാധ്യതയും ഉണ്ട് മോട്ടിവേഷൻ ഒരിക്കലും വീട്ടിയുകളയരുതു
