Beautiful 'Cuda. I wish I could come up with the money for one. I have a '71 Challenger convertible and E-body Mopar's are incredible machines. Congrat's to the new owner.
Used to have a favorite color in the series of cars but it doesn't matter anymore,,, every color is thumbs up now, it's just so hard to get one of these cars.
@@bug2011 and it should not ever be driven... all original...one of 7 pink 70 cudas...wow... a friend has a Ucode one... where's my Powerball ticket???
It should be driven It's better for the car and the owner driving it. A win win all the way around. Even a thousand miles a year over the next 20 or 30 won't make a difference other than the car being in great operating condition and a smile you couldn't remove from your face
This car with a black interior is my all time dream car ! I could probably find a way to “live” with the white interior , if I had to , I guess . Absolutely beautiful survivor ! I know where there is a Lemon Twist with black interior 340 ‘Cuda survivor that has been owned by the same person for 49 years but it’s not quite as clean as this one is though . Still a beautiful car that I would love to have . I’ve offered to work on it for free just to be near it , light mechanical , general maintenance , that’s all I can manage anymore . I’ll just have to live with my Last Call 2023 Challenger Hellcat Jailbreak in Plum Crazy purple for now .
I'm not sure what you mean there: "a car like that" ? Do you mean Moulin Rouge? That color was a 1970 Plymouth color only. Do you mean AAR? That was a 1970 Plymouth Cuda model only. Do you mean 'Cuda? That was the first year model of the new E-body Cuda. And 1969 was the first year they officially called the HP version of the A-body Barracuda a " 'Cuda".
It was a graduation gift to a daughter it's a $50,000 all original unrestored she stopped driving at regularly in 1977 and put it in storage drove it a hundred miles a year The article about it was on the internet last week
yea, i agree..it looks way too shiny for original FM3 (moulin rouge) enamel paint.. more like base coat/clear to me.. also incorrect clamps for the by pass hose..hose has no paint on it also..battery is also for big block cars only..should be yellow caps only..
@@aarmancuda3570 it's kind of hard to tell by the video, but the trim rings look like they are the polished version. My AAR came(new) with brushed SS trim rings. I agree the paint looks too good to me. Original paint has an orange peel texture to it.
Gorgeous car and color!
Top Pony! No other car manufacturers had balls to experiment with a pink color.
My favorite color !
@@terryoquinn8199 Good taste👌

This was the absolute zenith of the original muscle car era imo. I wish they would have brought that FM3 paint back for the modern Dodges!
Oh man I would love that car pink and black on white interior 4spd 340 6 pack AAR Cuda. I am sold!!
Love the Pink Panther color
'Panther Pink' is a Dodge color .
What a great car, it will only build more value , hope the new owner get many happy miles!
It will NEVER be driven.
@@bug2011 That's just it. I would never buy a car for that amount of money. Maybe his great grandkids will get the money back lol
@@bug2011 congrats on your purchase!

These prices always make me laugh👍
Pretty sure it's a lot more hp than a regular block 340

I thought those only came with generators not alternators?
Chrysler introduced the alternator on some models as far back as 1960.
Who got it will they drive it or will it sit in a building waste if they don't drive it can't stand those kind of people
I bought a laguna grey convertable vette and unless it rains it's out on the road daily!!!
Good luck keeping those carbs in sync.
No way original paint. Where's the docs references on this car? Beautiful dream though.

@@aarmancuda3570 I know that's what everyone says, but I could swear mine came with green caps.
My brother in law had all the paperwork on it
All original matching numbers across the board
It's fake. lol.
With the amount if money people are doing on these cars, we could make a dent in hunger and maybe help a vet or two.
