I don't know if it's the guitar tone or the key of the song but this sounds like it could come off of one of Interval's newer albums, except better because Phil is a great vocalist.
New fan since i randomly discovered this album idk last month or two months ago, but i listen to this album at least twice a day. I cant stress enough how this is my fucking favorite song.
@@mickidoesmedia being a massive PTH and IAA fan, this is a tough comment to digest lol. I think they're pretty equally talented though, regardless of PTH's bigger musical success.
I honestly don't understand the hype over this album.. Like at all.. I absolutely love iaa.. But this album lacks alot for me..alot.. Mostly the vocal melodies chosen in it.. Phil used to be soo gd good.. The music and guitar work is more technical to an extent and sounds amazing but it just doesnt interest me.. I still bought the album and Ive listened to the album like twice now and few songs over and over and still just dont care to hear it.. Prob just smthn wrong with me.. Idk.. I hope it will grow on me in some way some day, but id way rather listen to the older stuff than this.." Let the future " had some songs that fell off for me too, but still had a few amazing ones.. I feel they just slowly lost it.. And no im not one to just hate newer work from artists just cause.. I usually like alot of bands newer stuff, when they evolve as a band, but damn dude.. Phil.. What happened to your catchy beautiful melodies you used to incorporate in ur vocals?😔 just feels almost lazy and rushed.. Idk.. Forgive me.. Just trying to be honest with my personal opinion..
CATHEDRALS WALLS!!!!!!! cant stop listening to that part.......
aaaaaare caaaaviiiiiing iiinn, and the gospel will cure you all ! :D
The texture in Phil's voice is on point
@@wendtils I love the rasp. He sounds like he's straining though but it reminds me of Jonny Craig a lil.
@@JohnDoe-mv2be never made that connection, definitely a similarity
ME TOO! I love it
I remember seeing these guys in Toledo Ohio like 11 or 12 years ago. They were great back then, amazing now!
They never got the chance they devered. But, I'm shitting my pants at how they came back better than ever!
This is what I've bern waiting for, absolutely beautiful
Chris Turner on drums 👌💯

7 years couldn't have come sooner. This is beautiful 😭
Welcome back IAA!! 🤟
1 second and I'm fall in love. Wow AWESOME
0:00 Epic all the way - love the vocals especially on this track!
"Gods slay men whom defy their laws"
Fucking powerful!
makes no sense. why would gods have laws? they're already in control of everything.
A man who destroys a god is nothing more than myth.
Takes it further to say these men typically don’t exist
The whole album is epic! Thanks for blessing us with your music
I can't believe the drummer is Chris Turner from Oceans Ate Alaska
De Waal Van Der Colff are you screwing with me? This drummer is fantastic either way haha
@@breakdownsandmore he did record the drums on this album, not a full time member though
Their music gives me chills like no other band

Been here since 1776...
Keep rocking on 🤘🤘
Bringing back that fire!!!! Well worth the wait, boys!
Just found you guys on some random 2020 music compilation thing. Got to say, pretty impressive. Instant sub from me.
Best metal album ever released, huge inspiration, this and the afterimage have the best production and writing rn.
Metal loooool
@@TheJschafer89 I mean they are influenced by progressive metal and metalcore groups pretty equally. They are like a worse Protest the Hero.

Everyone and there mom can get hype off this
Bliss
i could never get into the drums on this album, on a technical level they are unbelievable but they just lack any real grove or feeling
Personally I feel that the drums are the best part of this song 😅 he shreds
@@threatlevel_TACO no doubt the man can shred
What genre is this
