Denise Mobers trust me there are complex songs, but a majority is really focusing on kyo, that’s correct. possibly happening because he writes the lyrics on his own and the band composes the music around it...
There are complex songs? almost all of their entire discography has complex nuances, in their early era sometimes haves Shinya or Toshiya. The most recent era (Uroboros, DSS, Arche) has so much proggresive stuff dude, Toshiya has amazing bass lines, Die and Kaoru just shine in this prog side, Shinya do a tech job in their drums very accurate . At first I thought the same way as you because clearly the voice is what causes the first impact, but over time I started to analyze the different nuances and especially after Uroboros it seems that you never finish discovering things in the songs. The dual work of Kaoru and Die on the guitars is fantastic, Kaoru contributing groove mainly while Die providing a much more punky sound.
As a musician you can not say that their music is not complex, we agree that there are songs with a much simpler or commercial structure .. But even in some of the most accessible songs are those experimental, progressive touches.
xD right at the start when kyo was gonna do his brutal scream on tv this girl screamed really loud and it synced up xD it sounded like kyo screamed like a girl hahaha (kyo scream are so demonic love them)

音域、声の種類、声量どれを見ても神がかってる今の京をみただけだとただの天才かと思っちゃうけど、インディーズの頃の映像と比べてみてると京がどれだけ努力したかがわかる。だからもう、京大好きDir大好き。

身長が低い人ってのは高音が出しやすいから高音はそこまで驚かないけど、京は低音まで出せるから凄い。
***** 科学的にどうなってるかは知らないけど、相関関係は確実にある。少なくとも統計上では体が小さい方が高音を出す上で有利だし、大きい方なら低音を出す上で有利と言える。
***** ファントの法則。ガキじゃあるまいし自分で調べて欲しいというのが正直なところだけど、言わないと分からないなら一応。あと、顔の形とか舌とかでもある程度出せる音は決まってくるから喉周りだけが全てだと思ってるなら間違いだよ。

with kyos screams in the first song is it all breaky cos he's using his chest instead of diaphragm or is that just a different kind of scream ?
To sing, you need your diaphragm, but Kyo's voice is breaky because the notes are really high and he can't reach them with ease...
