Ye, it's kinda tough higher in the ranks against players that know that Victor's lowgame is lacking. Standing patient players make it hard to open them up with Victor. Miss having a chunky low from neutral, but that would definitely make him too strong
3:35 has Negan's Intimidation Stance 2 (Walker Beat-Down) phenomena it feels +7 on paper but in actual its around +2~(+5)+7 I'd seen my df1 or 1 jab getting backdashed or sidestepped lol sometimes interrupted aswell
You’re one of the first people to talk about how close victors design is to Vincent from Collateral lol. One of my favorite movies of all time. I think the only problem with Victor is that his stance entrances are so negative on block. If they just give him an even slightly plus on block stance entrance outside of heat, he would be absolutely amazing. It doesn’t make sense to me that all of the other stance characters have these massively plus on block/frame trapping stance entrances (Reina’s ff2 is the perfect example) but all of Victors stance entrances make him lose to jab or df1
Yeah, people always say John Wick, when they're missing the bigger influence of Vincent. Otherwise, I agree, his stance game is often all or nothing but simple checks keep him at bay.
At 3:09 why would you risk it and use uf4 to jump over the dickjab as opposed to pressing 1+2 and trading with them which still gives you the CH launch?

You're right, that it would be better against duck jab but at the same time, u/f+4 also beats hopkick (which I forgot to mention)
