Hi there! Not weird at all that Aimee doesn't know anything about how to brew a cup of coffee herself or even exposure to the various brewing methods and techniques. I think it's just a different approach of loving something. I know many people who loves drinking coffee just for the taste and as their caffeine fix, but aren't at all interested in preparing it themselves - that's why Starbucks is so successful haha. There is a whole lot of science involved for brewing that desired daily cup of joe! Moses' love and passion for coffee is definitely 3rd wave era where coffee is approached from an artful, almost scholarly study to produce a fundamentally better drink.
