To everyone who has supported me along this journey, from my loyal viewers to my fellow outdoor enthusiasts, I extend my heartfelt thanks - this milestone is as much yours as it is mine.
The awards night itself was nothing short of spectacular. Picture this: a luxurious boat gliding along the iconic Thames, the twinkling lights of London illuminating the skyline, and a gathering of like-minded individuals all coming together to celebrate the best in game cuisine. It was a night filled with laughter, camaraderie, and, of course, delicious food.
We indulged in a sumptuous three-course sit-down dinner, savouring every bite as we toasted to the success of the evening. And when my name was called as the winner of 'Best Educator,' I couldn't have been more thrilled and humbled.
