I am listening to this in 2020 and it's crazy Nate seems like he was way more comfortable doing a interview before he became "famous" than he is now...I know in some songs he has said that fame has not been something he enjoys. It is nice to hear him so relaxed and enjoying the conversation. Loved this! Its also funny to hear him say he is not going to therapy because that's not his thing lol.....I'm glad he changed his mind 👌
@Ripthebeat I can see that...there are a lot of really bad interviewers unfortunately who have no idea how to interview. I do think some of it that Nate had not been jaded by the industry at this point yet as well...just my opinion.
I'm glad he didn't do many features. I've been following him since Moments. And to hear him have that kind of material was awesome. Love the album. Still digesting it.

Em only had 3 features on slim shady lp!! Mansion is the best album since then in my opinion. I cant compare anything in the last 10 years in any genre to Mansion. lol. yep. my opinion.. but ive got it on repeat and i dont think ill ever get sick of it.
He's very different now from this interview although here he sounds a bit low compared to the last interview.. but I have the same perception abt theraphy.. feels strange to pay a stranger to talk abt my mind when I know my internal problem n anxiety will not get fixed right away... I know he does theraphy now tho.. But it sounds like his childhood had made some permanent damage bcuz he talks abt the struggle of finding happiness n all over being a negative person. It did annoy me a bit abt "Im a man I have to provide for a family one day" that comes off very 50s mentality. Like why can't you be w someone equal? Like only men n only MEN provides who can n should.. n if u can't then you're NOT a man.. I hope he's more open minded now.. but Idk religious ppl tend to be very old school mindset.. I wish he would collab w tech n9ne.. eminem will never happen.. but Sia too. Eminem after 2009 started feature with more artists from rihanna/ed sheeran/X ambassadors/skylar grey/Beyoncé/sia/logic/joyner lucas etc
@emyF here from the future to tell you he did a collab with tech n9ne and he dominated the track and made tech look kinda sad in comparison with his wannabe deep lyrics like the lyrics were witty sure but seriously lacking depth in comparison to Nate's
Is anyone here at all, because of that video with those two guys who said they recieved emails of a guy who claims to be the real NF? Its fucking crazy. For those who havnt heard, there is a guy who has signed with a record label but didnt officially sign a contract. He done some tour work and some music for the label. Somewhere down the line hes separated from the label and claims they are using his music still and the guy touring right now is a double/imposter. Theres also a short interview with him speaking about it with these two guys on their talk show.
