From what i know the trend line is like an area, a zone
So whether it's the body or wick of the candle, both are valid
Some candles can come out from the line and some might not touch it

You are not touching the wicks , I want to know if it's not ok to touch the wicks as you draw
The correct approach is to deltas from the body not wicks. Especially the first two support or resistance level so you’re trying to connect with the trendline
