It has an option for English or Japanese text -if you go into the Saturn's options menu and set the message text to English, it'll change this game's text to English. This game was only release in Japan, but it was developed by an American team so I think the plan was originally to release it in other countries.
This needs 2 more Characters to be Playable like Belger He needs to be in His Human form again not in that Wheelchair Maki has to be in this Game 10 isn't enough let's go with 12 Fighters that's a Even better Number Final Fight Revenge is way more Stronger than Street Fighter since Crapcom messed The Series up They made Them Inferior They didn't make Them Superer not 2 many of Them They should have had 10 Main Series to follow the Story
