      I've used asama but moved to clickup, can't remember why I switched. I have my personal as one workspace, my bookkeeping as another workspace.

    I am sitting on the fence between Asana and ClickUp -- maybe you could do a comparison video on how each are used for tracking bookkeeping tasks for clients?

    Hi Morgan! I've been binge-watching your videos and want you to know that the content is soooooo extremely valuable! I had a question about the accounting measures you take to invoice your clients for your bookkeeping labor. I know you do flat rate costs for your clients so do you send them and invoice via QBO from your firm and then, does QBO recognize their firm as receiving a bill? Or do you have to go into their firm and create a bill to pay you for your time? I hope this question makes sense. 😅

      Thanks so much! I think I'm following... their QBO doesn't treat my invoice different than a usual invoice, so they have to pay as they would any other bill.

    It looks great. Do you use the “Project Templates” in QBO under Work (left column) for QBO users, and this for non-QBO users?

    Hi Morgan! Thank you so so much for this video. Could you please do a video on the mystical "my accountant" account? When that account is exported
    monthly is that done through the client's QBO or our QBO? Also, how do you get your clients to answer all the details? Do you zoom call them, email etc? Thank you so so much

      Hi! I will let Morgan know QBO Accountant is something you would like to learn more about. To try and answer your questions, your clients QBO account will be linked to your QBO Accountant account so you will be working directly in their books through your account. As far as communicating with your clients, Morgan recommends you reach out to them and find out what is the best way to communicate with them when you have questions or need things turned in. That being said, you could also set up on going bi-weekly or monthly calls with your client where you go over everything all at once. All in all, Morgan suggests discussing this with your client.

    We are currently using QBOA Work and curious as to your thoughts on that versus Asana?

      I am curious about this also. I'm just learning QBO works and don't want to spend time also learning Asana if they are essentially the same.

    Clickup.... Owns them all. Easy and Fast, so just about anything you want.
